In 2023 and 2024, I led design for ShiftKey’s professional marketplace experience in our mobile app — focused on increasing shift requests and reducing unrequested shifts across a large, two-sided healthcare marketplace. For much of that time I was the sole designer in the space, running structured experiments and shaping roadmap decisions in close partnership with product and engineering.

In early 2025, I transitioned to own the end-to-end payments domain across mobile and web, serving three user groups: healthcare professionals, facilities, and internal finance/operations teams. I led the design of a secure, clearer payments experience alongside a full ledger refactor, delivering meaningful cost savings and operational efficiency. I also designed and launched an automated dispute resolution system that reduced payment-related support requests by 90%.

This body of work spans experimentation, systems thinking, internal tooling, and high-stakes financial UX at scale.
